A regular practice
Most people don't struggle because they cannot do yoga. They struggle because consistency is difficult. Every new habit challenges our routines, our priorities, and our excuses. Our group classes aren't here to ask you to do more — they're here to help you show up, until practice becomes a way of living rather than something you try to do.
Although you practise in a group, your journey is never treated as one. Teachers observe, guide, and progressively develop your practice so it stays safe, sustainable, and meaningful.
Our teaching comes from the Daśanāmi Sannyāsa tradition established by Adi Shankaracharya. Principles remain timeless; their application is shaped to the practitioner in front of us.
Consistency grows more easily alongside others with the same intention. Mutual learning and quiet discipline — not comparison.

The classes
The same set of classes rotates through the week. Read what each one works with, and choose the rhythm that fits where you are right now.
With Yashwanth Panyam
A guided practice using bolsters, blocks, straps, and walls to help the body settle into postures with patience. Props reduce strain and let the breath, rather than effort, lead the practice.
With Preethi Lokesh
A slower, steadier sequence that draws attention downward — into the feet, the breath, and the base of the body. The intention is stillness within movement, not progress through it.
Especially supportive for · Stress, restlessness, sleep difficulties, and recovery from a busy day.
With Yashwanth Panyam
A more active practice that opens the chest, lengthens the spine, and brings warmth into the body. Energising without being aggressive — the breath remains the measure.
Especially supportive for · Low energy, sluggish mornings, stiffness, and building stamina over time.
With Jyoti Anand
Classical Hatha as it has been taught for generations — postures held with awareness, breath observed, and transitions kept simple. A steady ground for any practitioner.
With Yashwanth Panyam
A practice centred on pranayama — the regulation of breath. Begins with preparation of the body, then moves into structured breathing to refine attention and calm the nervous system.
I'd never held a posture for that long. Three months in, I noticed I wasn't bracing through my day anymore. That was the unexpected part.
Anjali R · Practising since 2023
All that's required is a willingness to commit. Don't begin with intensity. Begin by showing up. The rest develops through practice.
